A kitchen table idea that turned into a mission
It started with a missed flight. In the winter of 2022, our founder, Brianna K. Chen, was stuck at an airport in Denver for eight hours after her connection got delayed. She had left her two dogs, Milo and Luna, home with an automatic feeder she had bought online — one that promised "smart scheduling" but had no app, no backup battery, and a motor that jammed every third meal.
While scrolling through reviews in the terminal, she realized she was not alone. Thousands of pet parents were wrestling with the same problem: devices that looked good in product photos but failed the moment real life got messy. Cord chewed through? Meal skipped. Sensor misread? Empty bowl at 6 AM. The promise of "peace of mind" was just marketing copy.
By the time her flight finally boarded, Brianna had filled an entire notebook with product flaws, feature wish lists, and one firm belief: pets are not accessories. They are family. And family deserves technology that actually works.
She came home, quit her logistics job two weeks later, and turned her garage into a testing lab. For six months, she and a small circle of fellow pet owners stress-tested every automatic feeder, fountain, and travel accessory they could find. The ones that survived real homes — chewed cords, curious paws, power outages, and all — became the first products in what would become BKBPetCorner.
Our goals are simple

Real-World Tested
Every product spends at least 30 days in a real home with real pets before it ever reaches our store. If a cord gets chewed, a sensor fails, or a seal leaks during that month, we send it back and never list it.
Health Over Hype
We prioritize food-grade materials, anti-bacterial surfaces, and designs that support hydration and healthy eating habits. No gimmicks. No unsafe plastics. No shortcuts.
Human Support
When something breaks or confuses you, you talk to a human who owns pets. Our support team is trained on every product we sell because they use them at home too.
